Mihai Dumitrescu is part of an elite group of I’m Possible trainers who have been personally trained by Micah Lancaster. These trainers have worked with NBA players and bring that same high-level expertise to every session.
4. Skill Lab Flexible, Non-Progressive Structure: Our Skill Lab workouts are not designed as rigid 7-8 week courses, so players can’t "fall behind." Each session addresses a new skill or topic, enabling players to join at any time and improve at their own pace. Proven Checklist Training: Using Micah Lancaster's innovative checklist training method, every workout focuses on a specific skill or item. Some sessions may be advanced, while others focus on foundational skills—but every workout provides essential, impactful repetitions.
